Galgotias Semiconductor Research Lab (GSRL) is a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Semiconductor Research. The lab is equipped with different state of the art simulation facilities.

The simulation facility is not only limited to the students and researchers of the University but it is also extended to the external researchers and scholars across India. The lab will provide an Opportunity to experience the simulation and modelling of VLSI/Nanoelectronics/Optoelectronics/ Quantum Circuits with world-class research tools- Cadence, Ansys Lumerical, COMSOL, Synopsys Quantum ATK, CST Studio, HFSS, PCB Software, Autocad & SolidWorks
