UNIVERSITY EMAIL ACCOUNT

Your official Galgotias University Email ID will be created and shared with you by 20 August 2026.

All future communication from the University will be sent only to your official University Email ID

ERP LOGIN CREDENTIALS

You will receive your login credentials for the University ERP Portal on the date of registration The ERP Portal will enableyou to:

  • Complete registration
  • View timetable
  • Download fee receipts
  • Track attendance
  • View examination schedule
  • View results
  • Submit academic requests

HOSTEL ALLOTMENT

Students who have opted for hostel accommodation shall receive detailed instructions regarding:

STUDENT IDENTITY CARD

Your Identity Card shall be issued on the day of registration if not issued at the time of admission
