The iOS Development Centre Powered by Apple and Infosys offers a two-semester specialized program named the iOS Student Developer Program empowering students for successful careers in the iOS app economy.
The centre provides a world class learning facility with 1:1 access to Macs for every student, along with iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches for each team. The program delivers a industry established curriculum covering design thinking, Swift programming, iOS frameworks and develops storytelling and problem-solving abilities.
Since its inception, the program has graduated three cohorts, with students launching 84 applications on the App Store, three student-led startups, and more than 20 apps currently in development.
Its strong culture of innovation is reflected in the Apple Swift Student Challenge, with 18 students among the 350 global winners in the pay and 10 winners in 2025.
A key component is the four-week industry internship with Infosys, where students gain hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum, Jira, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving under expert mentorship.
The program has also delivered strong career outcomes, including a highest package of ₹35 LPA through a PPO, establishing it as a benchmark for industry-oriented education.
