The Centre’s mission is to empower students and researchers with a hands on environment that seamlessly integrates design, simulation, prototyping, and flight testing. The facility features a state of the art Precision Engineering Area equipped with advanced tools including a CNC cutting machine for carbon fibre, metal, and composite machining, a Bambu Labs 3D printer for rapid prototyping, and an electronics workstation with soldering stations for circuit assembly and repairs. Specialized setups such as the Thrust Bench and 3 DOF Calibration Jig enable performance evaluation and flight stability testing, ensuring precise development of aerial platforms. Complementing these, the Flight Simulator Area provides immersive pilot training and mission planning capabilities, preparing learners for real world UAV operations.
