Event Date: 30 April 2026

Event brief description –: The School of Computer Applications & Technology (SCAT), Galgotias University, organized UTSAV – 2025 on 30 April 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Block-C, New Audi. The event was organized to provide students with a platform to demonstrate their creativity, cultural interests, artistic abilities, and teamwork beyond regular academic activities.

More than 500 students participated in and attended various activities conducted throughout the day. The programme included cultural performances, music, singing, skits, and other talent-based activities. Students participated enthusiastically and represented diverse cultural backgrounds through their performances. The event created an engaging environment where students could interact, perform, and appreciate the talents of their peers.

Various faculty members managed and coordinated different activities, ensuring the smooth conduct of the programme from registration to the final performances. The best-performing students and teams were recognized and awarded prizes by the Dean, appreciating their talent, creativity, participation, and performance.

UTSAV – 2025 was associated with four Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 4 – Quality Education through learning beyond the classroom; SDG 5 – Gender Equality through equal participation opportunities; SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities by encouraging inclusive participation; and SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities through the promotion of culture, diversity, and community participation.

The event concluded successfully with active student involvement and faculty support. It provided a common platform for students to celebrate cultural diversity, demonstrate their talents, build confidence, and strengthen interaction within the university community.

Objectives: To provide students with an inclusive platform to demonstrate their cultural and artistic talents while encouraging creativity, participation, and teamwork.

Agenda: To celebrate student talent and cultural diversity through music, singing, skits, and cultural performances while encouraging inclusive participation.

Event Outcome: The event engaged 500+ students in diverse cultural activities and promoted confidence, teamwork, cultural awareness, and inclusive participation.
