About the Centre

Vision

To create a society that values diversity, peaceful coexistence, and harmony, while empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to access justice through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Objectives

  • Spread awareness on ADR mechanisms and conflict management.
  • Promote dialogue among academicians, professionals, legal experts, judges, and students on emerging ADR trends.
  • Offer consultation services for individuals, lawyers, organizations, NGOs, and government bodies.
  • Organize seminars, conferences, workshops, and debates on ADR.
  • Publish journals, newsletters, and reports on dispute resolution.
  • Foster a strong academic research culture in ADR.
  • Collaborate with ADR experts, institutions, and policymakers.
  • Provide training and mentorship for participation in national and international ADR competitions.
