The Sports Department of Galgotias University successfully organized Sports Trials (VolleyBall) on 18th October 2024, inviting students from across the university to participate and showcase their athletic abilities. The trials aimed to identify skilled individuals who could represent the university in upcoming inter-university and state-level competitions.
To ensure maximum participation, the event was widely promoted through social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp. A registration link was shared along with visually engaging digital posters and regular updates, generating excitement and encouraging students to register for the trials. The trials witnessed an enthusiastic turnout, with approximately 40 students from various departments participating in multiple sporting categories. Events included basketball (M&F), providing a diverse platform for students to demonstrate their skills and sportsmanship.
