Detailed information about the trials, including eligibility criteria and registration guidelines, was circulated through Email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. A dedicated registration link was shared in all communications, making it easy for students to sign up and participate.
The outreach strategy proved highly effective, generating strong interest among aspiring athletes. Around 200 students from various parts of the country registered for the trials, eager to showcase their skills and compete for scholarship opportunities. The trials covered a wide range of sports including athletics, basketball, volleyball, football, badminton, and more.
