2 YearsThe Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering offers its advanced M.Tech program in VLSI Design and Technology, designed for students seeking specialized expertise in Very-Large-Scale Integration (VLSI) systems. This rigorous two-year postgraduate program delves into advanced subjects such as digital and analog circuit design, semiconductor device physics, microelectronics, system-on-chip (SoC) design, and FPGA-based system development. Students will gain practical experience through state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with the latest industry-standard tools and technologies.
Graduates of the M.Tech program will be equipped for high-level careers in sectors such as semiconductor design and manufacturing, consumer electronics, and telecommunications, with roles including VLSI Design Engineer, Verification Engineer, FPGA Developer, ASIC Design Engineer, and Research Scientist. The program is led by a distinguished faculty with extensive research and industry backgrounds, ensuring that students receive top-notch education and mentorship.

B.E/B.Tech in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks or equivalent
Students with a CUET / GATE score will be given preference in the merit list.

Apply concepts of mathematics in Communication especially Satellite Communication Signal processing and Electromagnetic domain.
