The B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering (Cyber Security and Digital Forensics) programme provides a strong foundation in computer science with specialised expertise in cybersecurity, digital forensics, ethical hacking, network security, cloud security, malware analysis, incident response, cryptography, and cybercrime investigation. The programme prepares students to identify, analyse, investigate, and respond to cyber threats while preserving and analysing digital evidence.

The curriculum integrates contemporary areas such as Digital Forensics and Cyber Crime Investigation, Mobile Device Forensics, Cloud Forensics and Data Recovery, Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing, Data Privacy and Security, Enterprise Network Security Operations, Quantum Cryptography, and Secure AI System Design.

The programme emphasises experiential and project-based learning through cybersecurity and forensic laboratories, practical exercises, projects, internships, hackathons, competitions, and capstone projects. Students develop practical skills in digital evidence acquisition and analysis, forensic investigation, threat detection, vulnerability assessment, incident response, malware analysis, and cybersecurity operations.

Minimum 60% marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Information Technology/Informatics Practices/Electronics/Engineering Graphics/Technical Vocational Subjects in Class XIIth.

Students with a JEE-Mains / JEE-Advance/CUET / SAT (DI Code - 71057 ) score will be given preference in the merit list


For Lateral Entry:

Passed Diploma examination with at least 60% marks in relevant discipline of Engineering and Technology.

Or

Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with at least 60% marks and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject. Or

Passed B.Voc/3-year D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector. 

For Migration from Other Universities:
1) B.E./B.Tech Ist year minimum 60% marks or equivalent
2) 60% PCM or above at XII level.
