4 YearsThe B.Tech Civil Engineering – Multi Modal Transportation Infrastructure with AI/ML, offered in association with L&T EduTech, prepares students to design and manage modern transportation systems using advanced engineering and digital technologies. The programme combines the fundamentals of civil engineering with specialised knowledge in transportation planning, smart infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), enabling students to address the growing demand for intelligent, sustainable, and multi-modal transportation networks across roadways, railways, metro systems, ports, and airports.
Students gain practical exposure through industry-led training, live projects, laboratory sessions, and hands-on learning, working closely with L&T experts throughout the programme. Under this dedicated mentorship, students work on running industry projects drawn from L&T's ongoing infrastructure and transportation assignments, giving them direct, real-world engineering experience alongside academic learning. This close industry integration ensures that classroom concepts are continuously reinforced through live problem-solving, site exposure, and guidance from experienced professionals.
On successful completion, students are awarded an industry certificate from L&T, validating their specialised training and enhancing their professional credibility. The programme also opens doors to placement opportunities in the L&T Group and its partner companies, giving graduates a direct pathway into leading transportation, infrastructure, and construction organisations.
The programme equips graduates with the skills required for careers in transportation infrastructure, smart city development, urban mobility, construction, and infrastructure consulting, while preparing them to meet the evolving needs of the engineering industry.
