Kafila
Kafila is a student-run organization dedicated to cultivating self-love, resilience, and mental well-being. We provide a safe space for students to share their experiences, emotions, and challenges. Understanding that mental health shapes how we think and respond, we promote positivity and healthy coping strategies. Our club organizes events and activities focused on personal well-being, interpersonal skills, and medical management for those facing mental health struggles. We work to reduce stigma, raise awareness, and bridge the gap between students and mental health resources through education and outreach. At Kafila, we’re committed to supporting every student’s journey toward a healthier, happier life.
