The seminar was conducted by Ms. Deepika Yadav, Head – Human Resources, and Mr. Sanjay Chaudhary, Head – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). They shared their expertise on international manufacturing standards, human resource management, workplace safety, sustainability practices, and the operational excellence required to manage a global enterprise. During the industrial visit, MBA students were introduced to Nicotra Gebhardt’s diverse portfolio of air movement and ventilation products, which are supplied to customers across global markets. The company specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of high-performance centrifugal fans, axial fans, plenum fans, roof extract fans, smoke extraction fans, tunnel ventilation fans, jet fans, industrial process fans, cleanroom fan filter units (FFUs), air filtration systems, and customized HVAC air movement solutions. These products are widely used in commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, data centers, metro rail projects, power plants, manufacturing facilities, semiconductor plants, cleanrooms, and large industrial complexes. 

Students observed how advanced engineering principles, aerodynamic design, precision manufacturing, dynamic balancing, vibration control, and rigorous performance testing are integrated into the production process. The visit provided practical exposure to the manufacturing of centrifugal and axial fan systems, which play a critical role in ventilation, cooling, smoke management, air quality control, and energy-efficient building operations. The interaction enabled students to understand how a global manufacturing organization develops technologically advanced products that meet international standards while serving customers through a worldwide network of manufacturing facilities, sales offices, and distribution partners
