Event Brief Description

The School of Business, Galgotias University organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on 30th July 2026 for all faculty members of the School of Business. The programme was conducted in two equal batches – Morning and Afternoon.

The programme focused on strengthening professional attitudes, communication, collaboration, accountability, emotional intelligence and faculty presence. The objective was to enable faculty members to create a more engaging, learner-centric and professionally enriching classroom environment.

The session provided faculty members with an opportunity to reflect on their professional attitudes and interactions and understand how these competencies contribute to effective teaching, collaboration and the overall student experience.

The FDP focused on key aspects of professional attitudes and their relevance in an academic environment.

Professional Attitude

The programme was conducted in an interactive format, allowing faculty members to participate, reflect and engage with the various aspects of professional attitudes. The discussions and activities provided practical insights that could be applied in their day-to-day academic responsibilities.

Event Outcome
