Dr. Vivek Kumar Yadav

Assistant Professor

Dr. Vivek Kumar Yadav is currently working as Assistant Professor in the division of life sciences, Department of Biosciences, School of Basics and Applied Sciences. He has total experience of more than 3.5 years after obtaining his PhD degree. He has been associated with Galgotias University since 2022. He has worked as Postdoc fellow in the Department of Microbiology PGIMER Chandigarh in collaboration with Wellcome-Trust and Sanger Institute UK. His research acumen and inclination in various disciplines such as Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology Platelet Biology, Neutrophil biology, and Cell signalling. He is experienced in various techniques like flow cytometry, fluorescent microscopy, gene expression analysis, Western blotting and molecular docking. He has an honest work ethic and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. He is an active member of several reputed scientific societies includingIndian Immunological Society (IIS), India, The Korean Association of Immunologist (KAI), South Korea, The Association of Cell Biology and Differentiation, Italy, and the International Society for Infectious Diseases (ISID), USA. He has completed various training and workshops conducted by highly reputed organizations. He has published more than 15 research/review articles in reputed SCI/SCI-E/SCOPUS and peer-reviewed journals and presented his research work at several international and national conferences in India and abroad
