This honorary position recognizes his exceptional contributions to legal research, advocacy, and practice.
Mr. Berniker is a distinguished legal professional with a strong academic background. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Yale Law School and holds multiple degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from The Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. His expertise spans areas such as constitutional law, administrative law, and artificial intelligence law, and he has taught at Penn State Law as a Visiting Assistant Professor.
In addition to academia, Mr. Berniker has extensive experience in legal practice. As the founder of Berniker Law PLLC, he advises clients on corporate law, intellectual property, artificial intelligence regulations, and civil rights litigation. His work has also involved appellate litigation, arbitration, and high-impact legal advocacy, including securing the release of incarcerated individuals through strategic litigation. His experience as a Solicitor Advocate in England & Wales and his admissions to various U.S. courts, including federal appellate courts, further enhance his global legal perspective.
