On 9th and 10th April 2025, the School of Allied Health Sciences, Galgotias University, successfully organized a two-day intra-school sports fest titled “आरोग्य रण 2025.” Held under the visionary leadership of Chancellor Sir and the mission-driven guidance of CEO Sir, the event featured a variety of indoor and outdoor sports aimed at promoting teamwork, wellness, and athletic spirit among students and faculty.

Event Detailed Description
The School of Allied Health Sciences (SAHS), Galgotias University, conducted a vibrant two-day sports fest titled “आरोग्य रण 2025” on April 9–10, 2025. The event was organized under the visionary leadership of Chancellor Sir, the strategic mission of CEO Sir, and was supervised by Prof. (Dr.) Shagun Agarwal, Dean of SAHS, with sports coordination by Dr. Chhavi Sharma and support from Mr. Prashant Bhardwaj, Senior Sports Officer, Galgotias University.

The sports extravaganza featured the following competitions:

  1. Cricket
  2. Basketball
  3. Tug of War (Male & Female)
  4. Chess
  5. Badminton (Male & Female)
  6. Pool

The event drew enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and staff. With closely contested matches and energetic team spirit, the fest turned into a true celebration of athleticism and community.

Highlights included:

  • Tug of War saw fierce competition in both male and female categories.
  • Basketball and Badminton matches featured standout performances.
  • Chess showcased strategic depth and mental agility.
  • The Pool tournament added a recreational yet competitive element to the fest.

  • Cricket:Team Yellow Champions defeated Team Galgotias Bassers.
  • Basketball:Team Sagarika Roy won against Team Nisha Roy.
  • Tug of War (Male):Team Physios triumphed over Team Optometrist.
  • Tug of War (Female):Team Dimple defeated Team Vanshika.
  • Chess:Ayush Singh won against Utkarsh.
  • Badminton (Male):Ayush beat Ashish Pariyar.
  • Badminton (Female):Sakshi triumphed over Vanshika.
  • Pool:Dr. Neeraj Sharma defeated Ayush Singh.

The event concluded with gratitude extended to all dignitaries, coordinators, and volunteers who made the program a grand success. “आरोग्य रण 2025” provided a perfect platform for students to demonstrate their athletic talents and reinforced the value of physical activity as a cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle.
