World Nature Conservation Day (30-07-2024)

School of Education, Galgotias University, Greater Noida organized a special day assembly celebration for its Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) on World Nature Conservation Day on 29.07.2024. The objective of this assembly celebration was to raise awareness and promote the conservation of nature among students.

Various cultural activities were performed by the third- semester B.Ed. students of session 2024-25. The assembly was conducted by Mahima Choudhary and Nidhi Sinha with words on World Nature Conservation Day and its importance. Alisha Ali delivered an informative speech on the importance of nature conservation and highlighting the impact of human actions on the environment and ways to mitigate them.

A quiz competition and a poster making competition were also conducted by students to test their knowledge about nature conservation and showcased their creativity by designing posters emphasizing the need for nature conservation, with messages and slogans for encouraging environment protection. All students enthusiastically participated in the program and made this event a resounding success. The event served as a reminder of the importance of conserving nature for future generations and encouraged students to become active stewards of the environment.
