Workshop on QSAR & Molecular Dynamics

Department of Chemistry and Phytochemistry, School of Pharmacy, Galgotias University, Greater Noida, UP successfully organized “ Workshop on QSAR & Molecular Dynamics” on 21st August, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

31 participants including PG students, Ph.D. Scholars and faculty members of Galgotias University were attended the session.

The event was inaugurated with Saraswati Vandana ceremony. The event was preamble by Dr. Ajita Paliwal, Organizing team member, Galgotias University. She introduced the Dean of Pharmacy and the guest ‘Dr. Boyli Ghosh, Application Scientist, Cresset Software and informed about the uses of Cresset Software .

Prof. S.K.Abdul Rehman, Dean, School of Pharmacy. He motivated the participants to know about Cresset Software and it’s uses during a research. 

Dr. Boyli Ghosh, Application Scientist, Cresset Software explained the process of Cresset Software in detail. She kept on explaining and showed how to do docking and preparation of scaffold with other uses of software also. At the end of the session, Q & A session was done and also received satisfactory answers.

Prof. Prem Shankar Mishra concluded the session with remarks. The session was ended with vote of thanks by Prof. Prem Shankar Mishra, Professor, School of Pharmacy, Galgotias University, Gr. Noida.
