WORLD DIABETES DAY CELEBRATION

World Diabetes Day was conducted on 12 Jan 2024 at 09 am - 12pm by Department of Cardiovascular Technology (School of Allied Health Sciences) focused on the discussion on Diabetes ,its prevention, complications, spread and treatment protocols . The event began with the inauguration and lamp lightening by Dr Deepa Muthiah (HOD, CVT) who expressed gratitude to all the faculty members from the department for their support along with the faculty members.

The programe started with presentation, roll play and continue with many speeches by students. Throughout the celebration, participants were actively engaged in theoretical learning, practical demonstrations, and quizzes, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience. The event was deemed successful in achieving its educational objectives.

The event ends with a informative lecture by Dr. Saurav Gurjar on Diabetes followed by prize distribution and vote of thanks by Dr Vishal Sharma event cordinator Cardiovascular Technology.
