Introduction
The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Galgotias University successfully organized “Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect 2026”, a youth-centric initiative aimed at empowering students, strengthening their leadership abilities, and encouraging active participation in nation-building. The event aligned with the vision of creating a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) by mobilizing young minds towards social responsibility and community development.
Objectives of the Event
To motivate youth to contribute to the vision of a developed India by 2047.
To promote leadership, discipline, and volunteerism among NSS students.
To inspire students to actively participate in social welfare and national initiatives.
To strengthen the NSS culture of service, responsibility, and nation-first thinking.

The event featured Ms. Ishika Gupta as the Youth Icon, who delivered an inspiring talk on youth leadership, discipline, and the pivotal role of students in shaping the country’s future. Her motivational address encouraged NSS volunteers to stay committed to service, innovation, and community engagement.
