The School of Computer Applications and Technology at Galgotias University successfully organized a UI/UX Design Workshop on 8th April 2025. This workshop was designed exclusively for the MCA students of the 2024 admission batch, aiming to introduce them to the foundational concepts of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design.

Objectives:

The primary objective of the workshop was to:

Familiarize students with UI/UX principles. Introduce the basics of UX research.

Explain the concept and role of design systems.

Provide hands-on knowledge of wireframing and prototyping using Figma, a popular design tool.

Workshop Highlights:

The session commenced at 09:45 AM in Room C-513, attended enthusiastically by students of MCA Section 12. The highlights of the workshop included:
