Event brief description – On 17 October 2024, the Sports Department held the Table Tennis Trials to identify and recruit skilled players for the university’s Table Tennis Club. Open to second- through fourth-year students, the trials took place in our modern indoor Table Tennis rooms, featuring structured rounds to evaluate technique, agility, and competitive spirit

The Sports Department of Galgotias University successfully organized the Galgotias Sports Trials (Table Tennis) on 17th October 2024, aimed at identifying skilled athletes from across the university and providing them with a platform to represent the institution in various sports events and competitions.

To ensure widespread participation and awareness, the announcement regarding the trials was actively promoted through social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp. Along with the event details, a registration link was shared, allowing interested students to sign up conveniently. Digital posters and timely reminders contributed to building momentum and excitement for the event.

The trials witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around 45 were held across multiple disciplines including Table tennis. Participants demonstrated commendable energy, dedication, and a strong desire to be part of the university’s official sports teams.
