National Startup Day Celebration

Event brief description – Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) in collaboration with Division of Life Sciences, School of Basic & Applied Sciences, Galgotias University successfully organized "4th National Symposium on Next Generation Science and Technology on the occasion of National Science Day (Theme: Global Science for Global Wellbeing)” on 28 Feb.-01 March, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

Event Detailed Description-

More than 140 participants including UG and PG students and faculties of Galgotias University were attended the session.

The program started with lamp lightening and Ganesh Vandana. After that welcome speech delivered by Prof. A.K Jain, Dean, SBAS and highlight about the importance of National Science Day on the Theme of Global Science for Global Wellbeing: Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit – the realization that everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being.

Event Detailed Description-

More than 100 participants including UG and PG students and faculties of Galgotias University were attended the session. Dr. Gaurav Kumar, Associate Professor, Division of Clinical Research and Incharge IIC Introduced and welcomed the invited speakers Azeem Uddin, Dhruv Ratan Awardee & Bestselling Author, Aditya Saini, Founder & Director, Dike Intelligence Agency Pvt. Ltd., Umesh Kaushik, Founder, Soni Ram Music, CEO, Xpert Times, Nikhil Jain, Founder, TalantonCore & SwaLay and Amit Das, Founder, Circle Of Fifths Music Academy.

All speakers shared their success stories and motivated the participants to choose entrepreneurship as career.

Prof. Sankar Mukherjee also motivated the young minds and stressed on failures of start-ups.

During the question answer session, several participants asked their queries and got satisfactory answers.

The session was ended with vote of thanks by Dr. Gaurav Kumar, In charge, Institution's Innovation Council.

Prof. Anamika Pandey, Dean School of Business and Prof. Sankar Mukherjee facilitated the speakers with e-memento.
