Event brief description – The School of Finance & Commerce at Galgotias University organized The farewell ceremony titled “Logout: Class of 2025” to honor and celebrate the graduating students of the batch of 2025. The event was a blend of emotions, nostalgia, and celebration, creating lasting memories for the outgoing students as they embark on a new chapter in their lives.

Event Detailed Description – The School of Finance & Commerce at Galgotias University conducted farewell ceremony titled “Logout: Class of 2025” on 11th June 2025 at 11:00 AM.

Event Highlights: The event commenced on an auspicious note with a soulful Ganesh Vandana, invoking blessings for success, wisdom, and prosperity for the graduating batch. The traditional performance set a positive and divine tone for the rest of the event.

Welcome Address by the Dean: The inaugural speech was delivered by Dean Prof. (Dr.) Anurag Saxena, who warmly welcomed all the attendees. He addressed the graduating class with words of encouragement, sharing insights on embracing challenges, staying grounded, and pursuing excellence in all future endeavors.

Musical Flute Performance: A melodious flute performance followed the Dean’s address, captivating the audience and creating a serene and reflective atmosphere. The performance was symbolic of harmony and new beginnings.

Student Engagement Activities: To lighten the mood and involve the senior batch actively, a series of interactive games were organized. This was followed by musical and dance performances by junior students and fellow batchmates. These acts brought out the joy, camaraderie, and deep bonds shared by the graduating students.

"Ramp Walk" : Mr. and Ms. Farewell: One of the most awaited segments of the evening was the “Ram Walk”, where all the senior students walked the ramp showcasing their style, confidence, and personality. Based on their performance, charisma, and interaction, titles of Mr. Farewell and Ms. Farewell were awarded, marking a memorable highlight of the evening.

Faculty Messages: A heartfelt segment featured special messages from all the faculty members, where they shared their blessings, advice, and good wishes for the graduating students. These messages reflected the emotional bonds developed over the academic journey and served as guidance for the road ahead.

Surprise Tribute by GCS Dance Team : A surprise dance drama performance was presented by the GCS Dance Team as a tribute to their senior GCS members. This emotional and high-energy performance celebrated the contributions of the seniors and paid homage to their journey, filling the room with emotion and applause.

Vote of Thanks : The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Tej Singh and Ms. Viveka Rohilla. They expressed gratitude to the organizing committee, performers, faculty members, and most importantly, the Class of 2025, for making the event a grand success.
