Industry Expert Talk on Core Ice Berg: A paradigm shift

The School of Liberal Education and the School of Languages at Galgotias University successfully hosted a thought-provoking Industry Expert Talk titled Core-Ice Berg: A Paradigm Shift on 12 March 2025. The Resource person was Mr. Rupesh Sharma, Director of UMANO Health Care. The event aimed at enlightening students with transformative insights into personal and professional growth, exploring the unseen dimensions of human potential akin to the submerged part of an iceberg.

The session commenced with a warm Welcome Address by Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Parasar, Dean, School of Liberal Education & School of Languages.

• Mr. Rupesh Sharma engaged the audience with an interactive and reflective talk, introducing the concept of the "Core-Ice Berg," a metaphor that draws attention to the deeper layers of self-awareness, mindset, and emotional intelligence which are often hidden beneath surface-level behavior and achievements.
