Groz Engineering Tools Pvt. ltd., is India's largest tool manufacturing and export company. Their extensive manufacturing facilities are spread across six locations in India, showcasing the scale and diversity of their operations. Their dedicated team of over 3000 qualified professionals works tirelessly to deliver high-quality tools and equipment to millions of users in over 85 countries worldwide.

The company specially hosted a program for Basic Sciences, Galgotias University students on the request of Dr. Varsha Gautam, Mathematics, School of Basic Sciences Galgotias University. On 27 August 2024 twenty four students and two faculty members Dr. Souarbh Garg and Dr. Varsha Gautam went to Groz, Gurgaon by transportation arranged by the university. WeweregreetedbyMr.Himanshu Shankar, Assistant Manager, HR who welcomed and gave a short introduction aboutcompanytothestudentsin conference room at 12:30 PM. They gave us the opportunity to tour their facilities and to hear directly from professionals who are at the forefront of the industry. The real- world experience shared by the General Manager International Sales Mr. Rahul Khanna, CHRO-Mr. J.P. Singh, Assistant Manager HR-Mr. Himanshu Shankarhas significantlyenrichedourstudents’ understanding of their field of study. It is through these interactions that our students can see how the concepts they learn in the classroom are applied in the professional world. The knowledge and advice they provided will undoubtedly inspire and motivate our students as they embark on their own career path. The visit was concluded with interaction with the all theseprofessionalsalongwith management trainee Mr. Sanskar Sharma. We had a wonderful session there.

The students returned to the university by 5:45 PM. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and returned with many invaluable information and wonderful memories.
