Description Galgotias University is honored to host this guest talk on How to face challenges in VUCA world .
VUCA is an acronym for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity. It describes a world where conditions change rapidly and unpredictably, originally coined to characterize the post-Cold War environment and now widely used in business and other fields to highlight the challenges .
The event began with a brief introduction by Mrs Pragya Tiwari, who welcomed all dignitaries, guests, faculty members, and students to the Guest Talk.
Our Guest Mr. Sushil Aggarwal Chairman and whole time Director AVRO INDIA LIMITED is A visionary entrepreneur and philanthropist, is the Promoter and Chairman of AVRO INDIA LIMITED, North India‟s largest plastic Moulded a furniture manufacturing company and one of India‟s premier company.
Founded in 2002, his vision has been pivotal in the growth of the company. The company has grown manifold in the last 1 years and is publicly listed on „National Stock Exchange‟.
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Felicitation Ceremony
Our Guest Mr Sushil Agarwal on the dais was honoured during the Felicitation Ceremony. Mementos and tokens of appreciation were presented by DR Harish Kumar Dean SCSE to the esteemed guest acknowledging their contribution to promoting digital governance and literacy in India.
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Session
After national anthem ,The session was conducted by our esteemed guest Mr Sushil Agarwal. He focuses on challenging environment from career perspective and disclosed many employment opportunities and tactics.
1:00 PM – 1:20 PM | Quiz
The AVRO conducted a Quiz to test participants’ understanding of the topics discussed during the sessions. The quiz created an engaging and competitive atmosphere, encouraging active participation and reinforcing the key learnings from the day’s sessions.
1:20 PM – 1:30 PM | Prize Distribution
After the quiz, winners were announced, and certificates or small mementos were presented to the top participants. This segment celebrated knowledge and enthusiasm, motivating students to continue exploring digital initiatives beyond the event.
1:30 PM – 1:35 PM | Vote of Thanks
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr.Gaurav Agarwal., AssociateDean, AIML.
He expressed gratitude to the all dignitaries, faculty members, student organizers, and attendees for their active participation..
