As part of an experiential learning approach, hospitality students will take on key roles in food and beverage service, demonstrating their expertise in restaurant operations at Galgotias Restaurant. Under the mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Singh, students will engage in real-time service interactions, catering to a diverse audience of conference attendees, including professionals, academicians, and industry leaders.

The event will emphasize the importance of customer service, time management, and teamwork in a professional dining setting. Students will be responsible for menu presentation, order management, table setup, guest interactions, and quality service delivery.
