GUEST LECTURE on IMPELLA DEVICE

The guest lecture was conducted on 29th May 2025 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm by Department of Cardiovascular Technology (School of Allied Health Sciences). Ms. Anjali Priyadarshini who is working as a Therapy Advancement Manager North and East at Vieva Scientific India Pvt Ltd. was invited as a guest speaker for delivering the guest lecture on Impella device.

Guest lecture started sharp at 11:30 Am by welcoming and introducing Ms. Anjali Priyadarshini by Dr. Vishal Sharma (Assistant Professor, Department of CVT). After that Ms. Anjali Priyadarshini started the lecture with the introduction to the Impella device , she gave information on the design ,structure, application, indications, containdications and procedure of using Impella device.She also talked about recent advancement in Impella devices . At last Ms. Anjali Priyadarshini answered the doubts and questions of the students. The lecture ended by vote of thanks by

Dr.Kanika (AP department of CVT) at 12:30 pm. and presentation of letter of appreciation by Dr. Deepa Muthiah (Head Of Department of Cardiovascular Technology) and Dr. Sonam Kumari to the guest.
