Galgotias School of Architecture and Design organized a Field visit for the students of B.Design (Interior Design 1st year and B.Design 2nd Year (Interior Design, SOAD, GU visited Kirti Nagar is home to India's largest furniture market housing showrooms of multi-national home remodeling and fittings companies, the most reputed interior design boutiques, imported kitchen and bath brands as well as traditional carpentry furniture makers.

The Galgotias School of Architecture and Design organised a field visit to Kirti Nagar Furniture Market for B.Design (Interior Design) 1st and 2nd-year students, which was a tremendously enriching experience. Kirti Nagar, one of India's largest and most diverse furniture markets, provided students with exposure to a diverse selection of interior design elements, including high-end modular furniture, imported kitchen fixtures, traditional carpentry, and handcrafted pieces. The students acquired practical insights into materials, finishes, furniture styles, and current market trends by exploring various showrooms and interacting with industry professionals. This visit substantially improved their comprehension of real-world design applications, thereby bridging the gap between academic learning and professional practice.
