Event Date: 08-03-2025
On the occasion of International Women's Day, Saksham 3.O, in collaboration with the Legal Aid Clinic and Pro Bono Club of Galgotias University, took a significant step toward empowering underprivileged communities by successfully conducting its Second field visit survey at Chhijarsi Colony, Noida, on 8th March 2025. Guided by Prof. Ajay Pratap Singh from the School of Law, this initiative focused on assessing community awareness about legal aid schemes and promoting legal literacy, especially among women who often face barriers to justice.
Led by Ana Imtiyaz, the Student Coordinator, and supported by Mr. Hitesh, the Event Coordinator from Saksham 3.O, volunteers engaged in door-to-door surveys, ensuring that legal aid resources reach those who need them the most. By bridging the gap between law and accessibility, this initiative highlights the power of legal education in fostering equality, justice, and empowerment—values at the heart of International Women's Day. Through such efforts, Galgotias University and Saksham 3.O reaffirm their commitment to ensuring justice for all, particularly for women and marginalized communities, making legal knowledge a tool for true empowerment.
