Fifth Field Visit Survey - Saksham 3.O (Chhijarsi)

On 25th March 2025, Saksham 3.O, in collaboration with the Legal Aid Clinic and Pro Bono Club of Galgotias University, successfully conducted its third field survey at Chhijarsi Colony, Noida. Under the guidance of Prof. Ajay Pratap Singh from the School of Law, the initiative aimed to assess community awareness of legal aid schemes and enhance legal literacy, especially among marginalized communities facing barriers to justice.

Led by Ana Imtiyaz, the Student Coordinator, and supported by Mr. Hitesh, the Event Coordinator from Saksham 3.O, volunteers conducted door-to-door surveys to ensure that legal aid resources reached those in need. By bridging the gap between law and accessibility, the initiative reinforced the power of legal education in promoting equality, justice, and empowerment.

Through such dedicated efforts, Galgotias University and Saksham 3.O reaffirm their commitment to making legal knowledge a tool for social change, ensuring justice for all, particularly for women and underserved communities.

Outcomes

The third field survey conducted by Saksham 3.O, in collaboration with the Legal Aid Clinic and Pro Bono Club of Galgotias University, successfully strengthened legal awareness in Chhijarsi Colony, Noida. By engaging directly with the community through door-to-door surveys, the initiative effectively identified gaps in legal literacy and provided essential information about legal aid schemes.
