EXPERT LECTURE ON “COMPUTERIZED ACOUNTING & ITS REPORTING COMPLIANCES”

The School of Commerce (Galgotias University) organized a expert Lecture on “COMPUTERIZED ACOUNTING & ITS REPORTING COMPLIANCES” for the practical exposure of the B.Com (H), B Com H with Research, B.Com (H) IAF, B.Com (H) FM and B Com AFA 1st year students.

The speaker, Dr. Rajesh Tiwari have been working as Director, Rawal Institute of Management Faridabad having an expertise in Accounting and finance and focused on Key areas and Compliances under the accounting work using various accounting software’s. He explained about relation between accounting software’s with Trial Balance, Trading and Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet and accounting reporting compliances. He also discussed about accounting compliances, concepts and conventions.

The students learned practically the concepts of ledger, trial balance, trading and profit and loss account and balance sheet etc. Further they come to know about the use of accounting concepts in accounting software.

The session went towards winding up with the closing remarks and vote of thanks by Dean sir to the guest, students and volunteers.
