Cooking Competition
The School of Hospitality & Tourism at Galgotias University hosted an enriching and engaging culinary event titled "Cook with Chefys - Season 2" on March 19, 2025, in collaboration with Pansari Group, an esteemed FMCG brand with over 60 years of legacy. The event featured an exciting mix of a workshop, beverage mastery session, and a high-energy cooking competition.
The sessions were designed to offer an immersive learning experience, equipping students with industry insights and practical skills. Students had the chance to interact and learn from celebrated professionals from Pansari Group, Epicure, Chefys, and Mojee, gaining first-hand exposure to real-world culinary and mixology practices.

Each expert brought unique expertise to the table, helping shape a comprehensive and transformative experience for the students. The culinary and beverage sessions emphasized creativity, technique, innovation, and presentation, inspiring the participants to push their limits.
