A career counselling webinar was organized for students of Galgotias University. It was the webinar for Final and pre-final year students across the Schools of the University, on ' Managing Professional Relations' on 25/10/2024 from 11.00AM through Google meet.
The webinar covered the following key sub-topics:
Formal and Informal Communications
Setting Boundaries
Work-Life Balance and Self-Care
Enhancing Productivity
Effective Networking Strategies
Team at StressAway (A mental Health Organization) conducted this webinar. Our students taken advantage of it. Recourse person Ms Charul Gupta, Clinical psychologist, addressed the students very inter- actively. She has given some strategies to enhance social skills and build social connections. Very good feedback from the students received at the end of the event. Event was coordinated by Dr Shikha Srivastava.
