Sharzeel shared his remarkable journey, highlighting the significance of higher education in achieving academic excellence.

Event Detailed Description- The students had an online session on "Importance of Higher Education" today dated 19th April 2025, 1:30-2:30 pm. It was a great session and the speaker for the event was Sharzeel Saleem, alumni (Batch 2019-2023). Sharzeel’s achievements, including completing his MSc at the University of Bristol with Distinction and pursuing a PhD at the University of Liverpool under a prestigious Doctoral Training Programme, served as inspiration to the attendees. He emphasized the importance of higher education in shaping one's career and personal growth. He represents Higher education is more than just textbooks and degrees. It’s about possibility. It’s the gateway to opportunity, empowerment, and transformation. Whether it's a university, college, or vocational institute, the journey of learning beyond secondary school opens doors—some visible, and some unexpected. At its core, higher education equips individuals with the skills, knowledge, and critical thinking needed to navigate an increasingly complex world. And beyond the pay check, education fosters confidence, professionalism, and adaptability—all essential in a fast-evolving global job market. In closing, higher education is not a guarantee—but it is a powerful catalyst. It’s the foundation on which dreams are built, futures are shaped, and societies are strengthened.
