ANHAD 2025 - Beyond the Limit

The School of Hospitality & Tourism (SOHT), Galgotias University, achieved a historic milestone at ANHAD 2025 - Beyond the Limit, the 2nd National Hospitality Fiesta hosted by IHM Meerut. Competing against over 12 premier hospitality institutes from across India, SOHT emerged as the Overall Champion, securing an impressive Triple Gold victory in the following categories:

1. Indian Theme-Based Three-Course Menu – "Bharat Bites"
   A remarkable fusion of traditional flavors and modern culinary artistry, showcasing the depth and diversity of Indian cuisine.
2. Pot Painting – "Diversity in Unity"
   A stunning visual representation of India's rich cultural heritage through artistic expression.
3. Rangoli – "Mahakumbh 2025"
   A vibrant tribute to India's iconic Mahakumbh festival, displaying intricate and colorful traditional artwork.

In addition to these victories, SOHT students demonstrated exceptional talent in Bakery and Confectionery, Mocktail Mixology, Napkin Folding, and Brain Twisters, reflecting their innovation, precision, and creative excellence in the hospitality sector.
