TATA TECHNOLOGIES -CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE
Tata Technologies and Galgotias University signed an MoU, with the objective of bringing industry to the campus and bridging the existing skill gap among engineering students. Tata Technologies identified the need for high-quality training in the “Product Development” domain for students from Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical streams. The intent of this collaboration is to better equip young engineers with industry-relevant competencies and enhance their awareness and industry connect. Under this MoU, a comprehensive 700-hour program (350 hours per semester) will be conducted, including assessments through the iGET IT platform and hands-on physical training delivered by Tata Technologies Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on campus. The training covers Electric Vehicle High Voltage and EV Certification for Electrical/Electronics students, and MCAD software training—CREO and CATIA—for Mechanical students. The initiative concludes with capstone project handholding and internship opportunities for selected students.
