Dr. Anurag Kumar is a Professor & Head of the Department of Finance & Commerce at Galgotias University, Greater Noida.

Dr. Anurag holds 16 years of experience in academics in the field of business and management at various institutions and universities and has taught management & finance-related subjects to MBA, M.Com, BBA, and B.Com students He is a Ph.D. in Commerce from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly; and has also pursued M.Phil, M.B.A. &M.Com. His research interest area is Insurance & Finance with a major focus on Bancassurance. He has published various research papers in many reputed Journals (including Scopus Indexed). He has also presented various research papers on Bancassurance & Finance-related topics at different National and International conferences. He has also been guiding research scholars in the area of Commerce & Management. He is also the author of two books on ‘Advance Financial Accounting’. He has been invited as a speaker in several FDPs and MDP on Research Methodology Tips and techniques for Industry and Management Faculties

  • Worked as Assistant Professor in GNIOT, Greater Noida in the Department of Management from 2006- 2011.
