About the Programme

The LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law is an advanced law degree that specializes in the legal aspects of intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and related areas. The curriculum covers topics such as patent law, copyright law, trademark law, IP litigation, IP management and commercialization, and international IP treaties and agreements. Students gain expertise in protecting, enforcing, and monetizing intellectual property assets, as well as navigating the complex legal frameworks governing IP rights. The program emphasizes practical skills through case studies, drafting exercises, and a thesis or dissertation. Graduates are prepared for careers in IP law firms, corporate IP departments, government agencies, and academia.

Minimum 50% marks in LLB or in a 5 years integrated law programs from recognized university Qualifying all India entrance test conducted byb Galgotias University/CLAT/ LSAT/CUET-India TM

Students having CUET Score will be given preference in merit.
