ABOUT THE CONFERENCE: AN INTRODUCTION

The School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University prepares industry-ready graduates by providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences alongside engaged, applied comparative research. Recognizing the importance of comparative studies in law, the school has organized the International Conference on Comparative Law across various jurisdictions. These conferences have culminated in the creation of insightful books on comparative law, which are Comparative Law -Unravelling Global Legal Systems, Comparative Approaches in Law and Policy and Comparative Law: Its Facets, Nuances and Intricacies.

The next edition of the International Conference on Comparative Law is planned in collaboration with School of Law, Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh (India) on April 25 - 26, 2025 in a hybrid format.
