Forensic science is primarily concerned with the application of scientific principles for the investigation of crime. Forensic science is the acquisition and analysis of scientific data for application to the study and resolution of crime, investigation, civil and regulatory issues, and criminal identification. Using the very latest in technology, forensic scientists convert the clues collected from a crime scene into evidence admissible in a court of law. It is the use or application of science in courts or legal proceedings. This is a challenging and interesting field for those who have are inquisitive and loves adventure.
3 Yr. B.Sc. in Forensic Science, Basic Health or Allied Science with 50% marks in aggregate
Students having CUET Score will be given preference in merit.
The students after completion of the program are eligible for working as forensic professional in government and private forensic science laboratories. Also, the students can opt for joining law firms, MNCs, insurance companies, banks as forensic consultant. The program offers student a wide are of employment opportunities as it has been developed after taking inputs from the members of the industry.

After Completion of the Course, the students can get an employment in the Government Forensic Science Laboratories either in the State FSLs or in the Central FSLs.

The students would be equipped with the necessary training and knowledge to work in other firms such as Banks, Insurance Agencies, Detective Agencies, Security Agencies, Pharmaceutical Companies, Chemical Industries, Testing Laboratories and Instrumentation Companies.
