Ms. Ratnamanjary Das is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Business. She has total experience of 3 years in teaching Human Resource Management to both BBA and MBA students and has been associated with Galgotias University since 2021. She believes in interactive session where students would learn through not only traditional lecture method but also class activity and discussion method. She Exhibits an honest work ethic with the ability to excel in fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. She always put her efforts towards the overall developments of her students and believes that concepts and theory should be utilised to analyse and find a solution to real problems in the outside Business world through which the cognitive, critical thinking and communication skill of students can be developed. She has always given priority to the over all development of the students in the class by teaching them through case study method of teaching.
