Dr. Shalu Aggarwal is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Basic Sciences in the Department of Chemistry. She has a total experience of more than 2 years of teaching Chemistry and has been associated with Galgotias University since September 2023. She completed her Ph.D. from the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi in 2023. She did her graduation and post-graduation from the University of Delhi and Jamia Millia Islamia University respectively. Her research work involves the design and synthesis of novel nanocomposites for the immobilization of enzymes/proteins in order to exhibit remarkable catalytic applications. She is a firm believer in productivity and efficiency at work. She Exhibits an honest work ethic with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Being a passionate teacher, she believes that teaching is not merely restricted to making the students understand the underlying concepts of a course but also to developing critical thinking and evaluating alternate approaches for problem-solving. She always puts her efforts towards the overall development of her students. She has convened/organized co-curricular/Extracurricular events for the benefit of students in the past few years.
