Dr. Mushahid Ali Shamsi is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Business at Galgotias University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Commerce from Aligarh Muslim University, India. His broader research agenda seeks to explore how marketing can be leveraged to foster responsible consumption across various industries. This includes investigating the role of digital platforms in promoting ethical consumption, the impact of corporate social responsibility on brand loyalty, and the effectiveness of sustainability-focused marketing campaigns. Thus, his thrust research areas are Consumer Behaviour, Marketing, Sustainability, Circular Economy, and Sustainable Consumption. Dr. Shamsi has expertise in primary data analysis techniques, viz. SEM, mediation analysis, moderation analysis, moderated-mediation analysis, and other statistical tools. Through a combination of these quantitative and qualitative methodologies, his work contributes to the growing body of knowledge on sustainable marketing and offers practical implications for both academics and practitioners. He has Ten published/accepted articles in reputed international journals indexed in Web of Science (SSCI-Q1 and Q2, SCIE, ESCI), Scopus (Q1 and Q2), and ABDC (A and C category journals), which he also presented in the different International and National Conferences. Beyond academic and research credentials, Dr. Shamsi is deeply dedicated to build a collaborative network with fellow educators, researchers, and institutions to enhance Teaching and Learning practices in a direction that will create an innovative learning environment for the students and bring a permanent change in terms of knowledge, experiences, skills, and development. He has convened/organized more than 5 Academic or Extracurricular events for the benefit of students.
