Galgotias University has maintained a fish pond in the campus which is a controlled pond, artificial lake or retention basin that is stocked with fish and is used in aquaculture for fish farming, for recreational fishing, or for ornamental purposes. Students and research scholars visit the pond regularly for analyzing the water quality of the ecosystem.
