About the Programme

The Bachelor of Emergency Medical Technology programme aims to prepare skilled, competent, and compassionate Emergency Medical Technologists capable of delivering timely and effective care in pre-hospital and hospital-based emergency settings. The programme provides comprehensive academic knowledge and hands-on clinical training to develop critical thinking, decision-making, and lifesaving skills.

Upon completion of the programme, graduates will be proficient in patient assessment, emergency medical procedures, trauma and disaster management, and the operation of emergency and life-support equipment. They will be able to manage medical and traumatic emergencies, ensure patient safety, adhere to ethical and legal standards, and function effectively as part of multidisciplinary healthcare and emergency response teams, while delivering professional and empathetic patient care.

Eligibility

Class XII or equivalent exam with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB). NEET appearance is mandatory.
The minimum age should be 17 years as on December 31st of each Admission Year.
(Medical fitness certificate is mandatory to submit and it is to be endorsed by Goverment Medical Officer)
