About the programme

Financial markets are vital to the smooth operation of economies. Financial markets refer broadly to any marketplace where the trading of securities occurs, including the stock market, bond market, forex market, and derivatives market, among others. This specialization is designed to understand the functioning of financial markets at an advanced level. It aims to equip the students with the knowledge and intellectual ability to examine and analyze the financial markets. The curriculum also includes certification courses from National Stock Exchange (NSE) Academy. This specialization is suitable for students aspiring careers as Finance Controller, Treasurer, Finance Manager, Credit and Cash Manager, Risk Manager, Insurance Manager, Financial Market Advisory, Money Markets Dealer, Financial Research Manager, Financial Planning Manager Trainee Associate, Financial Planning Consultant, etc.

XII with minimum 50% marks in best four relevant subjects Mathematics/Commerce as a subject in XII level

For Migration from Other Universities:-

1) B.Com in Financial Markets Ist yr. minimum 50% marks or 5.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale

2) 50% or above in best four relevant subjects at XII level
