About the Programme

The B.Tech in Embedded Systems program is a specialized undergraduate engineering degree that equips students with the skills and knowledge required to design, develop, and optimize embedded hardware and software systems. Embedded systems are at the heart of modern technology, driving applications in areas such as the Internet of Things (IoT), smart appliances, medical devices, automotive electronics, robotics, consumer electronics, industrial automation, and more.

Eligibility

Minimum 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Information Technology/Informatics Practices/Electronics/Engineering Graphics/Technical Vocational Subjects in Class XIIth.

Students with a CUET / SAT (DI Code - 71057 ) score will be given preference in the merit list

Modern Tool Usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate embedded development platforms, simulation tools, modeling frameworks, and modern engineering software to complex engineering activities, recognizing their limitations.

The Engineer and Society: Apply reasoning informed by contextual knowledge to assess societal, legal, health, safety, and cultural issues relevant to the embedded engineering practice.

Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs)

Embedded Hardware and Software Proficiency: Graduates will be able to design, program, and debug embedded systems using microcontrollers, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and industry-standard development tools and languages.

System Integration/Application Development and Optimization: Graduates will demonstrate the ability to integrate sensors, actuators, communication interfaces, and embedded platforms for building efficient solutions/optimization in domains like IoT, industrial automation, and consumer electronics.
